09:14 AM EDT, 05/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- DigitalBridge Group (DBRG) said Wednesday that it agreed to acquire power infrastructure investor ArcLight Capital Partners in a deal valued at up to $1.05 billion.
The transaction includes a $650 million base purchase price and up to $400 million in contingent payments, the company said, adding it will combine two platforms with more than $150 billion in total assets tied to digital and energy infrastructure.
The company said the deal is contingent on the previously announced acquisition of DigitalBridge by an affiliate of SoftBank, after which ArcLight will continue to operate as a separately managed business within DigitalBridge.
