BILL Names Michael Cieri Chief Product Officer in Executive Leadership Shake-Up

04:36 PM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BILL (BILL) said late Tuesday it has promoted Michael Cieri, currently executive vice president and general manager of software solutions, to chief product officer as part of executive leadership changes that will take effect in fiscal Q4.

Chief Customer Officer Sarah Acton will leave the company after nearly five years on BILL's executive leadership team. BILL said it expects to name a new chief revenue officer in the coming weeks. Acton will remain chief customer officer before transitioning to an advisory role to support the incoming chief revenue officer.

Eric Chan, currently an engineering fellow at BILL has been appointed chief technology officer, succeeding Ken Moss, who will move into an advisory role focused on artificial intelligence initiatives and transition support, the company said.

President and Chief Operating Officer John Rettig will move into the newly created position of chief strategy and transformation officer, according to the company.
