Box Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rises

04:17 PM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Box (BOX) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.37 per diluted share, up from $0.30 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.36.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 rose to $305.9 million from $276.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $304.4 million.

The company expects Q2 non-GAAP EPS to be $0.39 on revenue of $319 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.39 on revenue of $317 million.

For fiscal 2027, it expects adjusted EPS of $1.56 on revenue of $1.28 billion. Analysts expected EPS of $1.57 on revenue of $1.28 billion.

In Q1, the company repurchased 4.8 million shares for about $114 million, leaving roughly $445 million remaining under its current buyback plan as of April 30.
