10:44 AM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Editas Medicine (EDIT) said Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 55.6 million common shares and accompanying warrants at a combined public offering price of $2.25 per share and warrant.
Gross proceeds are estimated to be about $125 million. The company. said it could receive an additional $194.4 million if all accompanying warrants are exercised, bringing the potential gross proceeds to about $319.4 million.
The offering is expected to close around Wednesday, subject to customary closing conditions.
