08:09 AM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Global-e Online (GLBE) said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement to acquire US-based Passport Global for an upfront $350 million, with the potential for a further $75 million.
Global-e said the acquisition will strengthen its logistics capabilities by adding advanced standard shipping solutions and boost its ability to execute direct injection and consolidated returns.
Upon closing, Passport's founder and CEO, Alex Yancher, will join the Global-e executive management team to lead the integrated Passport business, the company said.
Global-e said the deal is expected to have a neutral to slightly positive effect on its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, or EBITDA, contribution for H2.
The deal is expected to close in early July, Global-e added.
