04:32 AM EDT, 05/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Robinhood Markets (HOOD) has received Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization approval to acquire WonderFi Technologies under a statutory plan of arrangement, WonderFi said Monday.
The approval was granted to WonderFi's Coinsquare Capital Markets subsidiary on May 20, the company said.
Following receipt of the approval, no further regulatory approvals remain and the deal is expected to close on or around June 1, the company said.
